Après le succès du Tony Hawk Show fin 2009, Il nous a semblé intéressant de revenir rapidement sur cet événement en posant quelques questions au skateur le plus populaire au monde et principale attraction de cette démo : Tony Hawk lui-même. The Bird Man revient sur le Show au Grand Palais, nous parle de son fils Riley, probablement un futur skateur pro, et de ses projets à venir. Interview rapide certes, mais hé ! c’est Tony Hawk quand même !
Qu’as-tu pensé du Tony Hawk Show au Grand Palais ?
« C’était incroyable. Je n’aurais jamais imaginé que ça puisse être aussi gros ! Il y avait vraiment beaucoup de monde, l’endroit était magnifique et la rampe juste à ma taille. C’est toujours un honneur de voir mon nom associé à de tels événements. »
Est-ce l’un des lieux les plus originaux dans lequel tu as fait une démo ?
Franchement, oui ! Je n’en reviens toujours pas que l’on nous ait autorisés à skater à l’intérieur de ce monument. Il y a 10 ans, on aurait probablement été arrêtés pour avoir skaté juste à côté…

Sergie was Speaker and entertaining everybody...
josh borden got 3rd and ripped every bit of that bowl....
LEE RALPH was there and skated in the masters!!! ripped hard and got 2nd
barros and ngoho…. take first …… 14 year old and 46 year old…. pro and master…
